I’ve had a lovely experience with this car wash so far. Everyone has been extremely kind and helpful. Special shout out to Tamara (I think that was her name!) who helped me with my account changes while I got my car washed. She was so pleasant and helpful and kind! Highly recommend to anyone.

A 2.5 simply from the staff at the entrance. They hover incessantly and rudely. They are trying to make a sale. They could be much more graceful about it. I don't like the feeling of being pounced on. I went to begin my transaction on the touch screen and the associate took it upon himself to cancel my order. I just want to wash my car. I don't want to have to hear a spiel I know I'm not interested in. The actual car wash is so so but they have a nice area available for detailing after.

So happy to have Bamboo Car Wash in the neighborhood! Nice people, nice facility, equipment clean and in good working order, great location, GOOD HOURS. They open earlier than my previous car wash. The free towels are always dry. Always plenty of vacuum parking spots. And the smiley face after manual pre-clean makes me smile every time!

Excellent customer service. On a busy Saturday I accidentally vacuumed up a pair of my husband’s AirPods. Alex, one of the supervisors there, retrieved a ladder and checked the traps. After not finding them they sifted through the vacuumed up contents at the end of the day. Unfortunately they were unable to find them but I so appreciated their effort and care. This is a great car wash too. They always have clean towels, plenty of cleaning supplies, and a staff that smiles and greets you when you enter.

I’ve been here a few times. Every time they have had to redo the car. It’s always dirty. They should call it a car rinse instead of car wash. I’m tired of having to hand wash my car in their parking lot. And then running it through again. But I think it’s going to be a 10 minute In-N-Out visit turns into 30 minutes. It would actually save me time to drive to the place up Roswell Rd that’s farther away because they can clean the car in one shot. I didn’t even care about the car getting dry, which obviously was an issue for the person next to me. He had to hand dry his car entirely.
